  • Payment periods and methods are specified in orders or contracts;
  • Late payments may incur additional charges;
  • For long-term cooperation projects, we may require partial advance payment.

7. Refund Policy

  • Template products: Refund applications accepted within 3 days of purchase (must meet unused or undownloaded conditions);
  • Custom development services: Unless otherwise specified in the contract, started projects do not support full refunds;
  • Training courses: Full refund available 48 hours before course start;
  • Advertising optimization/performance marketing projects: Executed according to contract, different projects may have differentiated refund policies.

8. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided "as is" and "as available";
  • We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet all your needs;
  • Advertising placement and performance marketing results are affected by various factors including market conditions, platform policies, and bidding environment. We make no commitments to any specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HALF MOON shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HALF MOON and its affiliates harmless from any third-party claims (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these terms or related policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and service access at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or related policies.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • If you are located in Japan, these terms are governed by Japanese law;
  • If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by local law;
  • For users in other regions, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China;
  • Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, arbitration will be conducted according to the rules of the arbitration institution in your jurisdiction.
